Da Rivuh is a new Southern-themed restaurant in Idaho Springs, Colorado, sharing with customers a diverse and rich tradition of Louisiana Creole, Memphis-style BBQ and other inspired favorites from our travels throughout the South. Da Rivuh provides guests a chance to experience the best of Southern cuisine and enjoy a down-home atmosphere at the highest quality and value. We offer a spread of traditional Gulf Coast inspired dishes including catfish, jambalaya, fried okra, grits, and zesty cajun seasonings. Da Rivuh also brings Idaho Springs some of the finest, Southern-style BBQ and shellfish- and we partner all of our dishes with the finest hospitality and atmosphere in the state!
